- The best thing is to check with your provider weekly to see if anything new comes out. Cell companies only notice things are going wrong if you consistently go over a limit on something.

- Customers need to do their research BEFORE they go to the store. I did this for a year before I went with T-Mobile and I am very happy with the service I have. YOU THE CONSUMER need to do your research and not allow people at the wireless store to say whatever.
